Returns and refunds

Return eligibility varies by manufacturer, license and product. For cancellations, damages, defects, refunds or returns, contact ceo@stackinova.com with your order number. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within the timeframe confirmed to you.

Privacy

We collect order, address and contact information to process payments, deliver orders and respond to support requests. Payment card credentials are handled by Razorpay; this website does not store them. Contact us for personal-data requests.
